Let’s Kirei Kirei Together Contest
Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Let’s Kirei Kirei Together Contest (“Contest”), you (“Participant”) agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions: –
1. Organizer and Eligibility
The Contest is organized by Southern Lion Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”) and is open to all Malaysian residents in Peninsular Malaysia aged 18 and above (as of the year 2021) with a valid Facebook account, except for the employees of the Organizer, including its subsidiaries, their immediate family members, their business partners, affiliated companies, suppliers/distributors, promotion/ advertising/ public relations agencies and other parties involved in this Contest.
By participating in this Contest, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. ‘Organizer’ reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. Southern Lion Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense as a result. ‘Organizer’ reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. ‘Participant’ agrees to be bound to any such changes. The Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained once the decision is final.
2. Contest Period
Contest starts on 1st June 2021, 00:00hr and ends on 31st July 2021, 23:59hr (“Contest Period”). The Organizer reserves the right to close registration without prior notice.
3. How to Participate
‘Participant’ must fulfil the below criteria to stand a chance to win the contest:
1) Purchase minimum RM10 of Kirei Kirei products in a SINGLE receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) at participating retailers: AEON, AEON Wellness, Don Don Donki, Southern Lion Official Store on Shopee, and Lazada Grocery Store only
2) Answer the following question: Kirei Kirei Foaming Hand Wash is the No.1 Hand Wash in Japan and it instantly dispenses rich, creamy foam. True or False?
3) Scan the QR code or WhatsApp 019-9183990 to submit answer for (2), your personal details and proof of purchase with the following format: Answer for (2)<space>Full Name as per NRIC<space>NRIC<space>Mobile Number
e.g. True Amanda Wong Sze Ming 880831105016 0123456789
4) Stand a chance to win prizes worth RM5,000.
Please ensure the information of the Participating Product, Receipt Number, Price, Outlet Name, and Date of Purchase are visible on the Proof of Purchase.
4. Winners and Prizes
a) There will be a total of 21 WINNERS to be selected in this Contest.
b) Winners will be selected on a lucky draw basis with the following criterias: –
· Purchase minimum RM10 of Kirei Kirei products in a single receipt from participating outlets;
· Answer the question correctly;
· Provide valid Proof of Purchase via QR Code/WhatsApp;
· Provide full name, NRIC, and mobile number.
c) A Participant can only win one (1) prize throughout the whole duration of the Contest.
Prizes:
i) Grand Prize: RM3,000 x 1 winner
ii) Consolation Prize: RM100 x 20 winners
d) The Contest winners will be announced via Kirei Kirei Malaysia Facebook page no later than 16th August 2021.
e) The winners are required to Personal Message to Kirei Kirei Malaysia Facebook page with the following details:
· Full name
· IC number
· Phone number
· Name of Bank
· Proof of bank account details e.g. Picture of bank statement header showing account number and account holder name
f) If a response is not received within Seven (7) days from the winner announcement date, the prize will be forfeited.
g) The prizes will be transferred/deposited to the submitted bank account details. Only the winner’s bank account details will be accepted, no representative is allowed.
h) Any answer commented under the T&C in the Note section will not be entertained as a result of invalid contact information provided.
i) The Organizer makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and will not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
j) The Organizer reserves the right to replace the said prize with another of equal or lesser value.
k) By participating in this Contest, Participants agree and have given the Organizer the rights to publish and/or display particulars and/or photos of winners in print media and electronic media for the purpose of advertising, publicity and winner announcement without any royalty and/or compensation. Winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to Organizer to publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Winners’ names, interviews, videos and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.
l) The Organizer is not responsible for Internet connection errors that may affect the contest.
If the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize without prior notice. The prize is not redeemable for cash, not transferable and will only be given to the winner who is able to satisfy all the requirements as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
5. Liability
The Organizer will not be responsible or liable for:
a) Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Participant, or their authorized representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest.
b) Any error (including error in notification of Contest winner), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, Internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorized access to entries, PC suspended whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
6. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or the Organizer. Terms of Use Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained.
7. Disclaimer
The ‘Organizer’ receives and processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA when you provide personal data to this ‘Contest’.
The Organizer may transfer personal information (including but not limited to, name, address, contact numbers, IC numbers) to the service provider(s) for the purposes of administering the Contest and contacting Participants, solely for this Contest only. ‘Participant’ acknowledges and have agreed to our terms and conditions upon participation in the contest by allowing the Organizer in collecting, using and processing your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA for the following purposes:
• Sending information related to online promotions, contests, and events, and related to our marketing activities, unless you have indicated to us that you do not wish for us to process your personal data for such purposes;
• Using information for marketing and statistical analysis for planning and demo- graphical use;
• Complying with local law and regulatory requirements or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities;
• Any other purposes related to our marketing activities. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE
Your personal data including your name and contact details (“Personal Data”) which you have provided to Southern Lion Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”) in your application to participate in the Let’s Kirei Kirei Together Contest (“Contest”) will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed by us for purposes relating to the administration of the Contest and for related advertising, publicity, marketing and our other legitimate business purpose (“Purpose”).
Please be informed that your Personal Data may be disclosed to our affiliates, service providers and relevant business partners such as public relations agencies, market research firms, advertising agencies (if any) for the Purpose and as permitted by applicable data privacy laws. In addition, you will appreciate that we are part of the Southern Lion Sdn. Bhd. which operates in multiple jurisdictions. Accordingly, access to the Personal Data may be granted to other entities within the Southern Lion Sdn. Bhd. and maybe transferred out of Malaysia for their processing of your Personal Data for any of the foregoing Purposes, if required.
You may request access to or correction of the Personal Data or limit the processing of the Personal Data at any time hereafter by submitting such a request to us via telephone at 1 800 880 133. Please note that it will be necessary for you to provide all of the Personal Data, without which we will not be able to process the same for the Purpose including our obtaining your feedback. By submitting your Personal Data for this Contest, you consent to the processing and transfer (if required) of your Personal Data by us.
